Photography is passion. The pursuit of the exceptional within the common. The search for aesthetics in every day life. It is an approach to paint a picture, tell a story or record an experience. A unique way to stop time, magnify subjects, put them in the adequate distance and bring the near closer, thus changing our view on the world around us, directly and unobtrusively at the same time. It is the importance, the significance and the emotion of the moment. The expression, the light, the setting – to reveal its true nature, its spirit, its soul, whether the focus is on people, places, events or things. To see the beautiful, the exceptional, interesting, fascinating or intriguing: photography is asking for fresh perspectives. This is my ambition.
